Aerostack Systems Private Limited provides infrastructure, cloud hosting, and data centre services billed on a subscription or usage basis. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are provided only in specific, qualifying circumstances.By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only if:

• ✅The customer is charged incorrectly due to a billing error
• ✅The service could not be delivered due to a technical failure attributable to us
• ✅A duplicate payment has been made by mistake
• ✅A plan is cancelled before activation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services already provisioned, activated, or consumed
